You’re here because something keeps getting in the way.

You’ve probably done a lot of work on yourself. You’ve read the books, had the therapy, done the journalling, maybe even the mindfulness. You understand your patterns. You can trace them back to where they came from. And yet—when the right trigger shows up—the same reaction is still there.

The anxiety. The shutdown. The anger that feels disproportionate. The same self-doubt you’ve been trying to release for years.

That’s not a failure of understanding. It’s not a failure of willpower. It’s the result of working at the wrong layer.

Emotional patterns aren’t just held in the mind. They’re stored in the body—in the nervous system, in the cells, in the energetic field. And they can’t be talked out of existence, because the brain doesn’t release them through insight alone. It releases them when the body gets to process what was never fully processed at the time.

That’s what this course is about.

What I’m going to share with you is the MindBody Method—a somatic tapping approach I’ve developed and refined over more than a decade of working with people who, like you, had tried a lot of things before they found this. It works at the layer where most approaches don’t quite reach. And once you understand it, it’s something you’ll have access to for the rest of your life.

A note before you begin

This course uses EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)—a practice that combines focused attention with gentle tapping on specific points on the body. You don’t need any prior experience of EFT. Everything you need is here.

If you’re a coach, therapist or healer, you’ll find this translates directly into your client work. There’s a section specifically for you towards the end.
